EzBrickz ("EzBrickz", "we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application for LEGO® collectors that lets users catalog their collections, share posts, join community groups, chat, and connect with other users to buy, sell, or trade LEGO sets and minifigures. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse EzBrickz. EzBrickz is an independent, fan-made application.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use EzBrickz. By using the app, you represent that you are 13 or older.
The EzBrickz marketplace allows users to arrange purchases, sales, and trades of physical items. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you may only take part in marketplace transactions with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date. Notify us at ezbrickz23@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
EzBrickz lets you create and share content, including posts, photos, comments, marketplace listings, group messages, and direct messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant EzBrickz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
You agree that you will not post, share, or transmit any User Content that:
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to remove any User Content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
EzBrickz provides tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users. You can report a user, post, comment, or listing from within the app, and you can block any user from their profile. We review reports and aim to act on objectionable content within 24 hours, which may include removing content and suspending or banning the responsible account.
EzBrickz includes "Brickston," an AI-powered assistant that can help identify LEGO sets, parts, and minifigures and answer related questions. Brickston is powered by artificial intelligence provided by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic).
When you use Brickston, the text and any images you send are transmitted to and processed by that third-party AI provider in order to generate a response. Brickston's responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on Brickston as the sole basis for purchase, sale, valuation, or authentication decisions. You are responsible for verifying any information Brickston provides.
The EzBrickz marketplace is a venue that connects buyers, sellers, and traders. EzBrickz does not currently process payments, hold funds, ship items, or act as a party to any transaction. All transactions are arranged directly between users and take place outside the app.
Because we are not a party to transactions, EzBrickz is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any item, or for any payment between users. You are solely responsible for your transactions. We strongly encourage you to use caution, verify items and counterparties, and use secure payment methods. Report suspected scams or fraudulent listings through the in-app reporting tools.
The EzBrickz name, logo, app design, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Catalog data about LEGO sets, parts, and minifigures is sourced from third-party catalog providers and remains the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to EzBrickz at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the service. You may stop using EzBrickz and delete your account at any time.
EzBrickz is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information (including Brickston's responses or catalog data) is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzBrickz and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the app, your User Content, transactions with other users, or reliance on Brickston.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of EzBrickz after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
